AMA Receives 2011 Tekne Award Finalist Nomination
Asian Media Access is honored to have been chosen as one of the finalists to receive the 2011 Tekne Award in the Technology Excellence in a Non-Profit Organization catagory. Other finalists in the catagory were the City of Minneapolis and TIES.
The Tekne Awards are given out annually by the Minnesota High Tech Foundation, the foundation arm of Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). The foundation was founded in 1985 to promote and support excellence in science, math and technology education. The Tekne Awards are given to honor companies, innovations and individuals that positively impact Minnesota's technology-based economy.

2011 Youth Media Leadership Camp

PROJECT SOUNDSCAPE
AMA has been providing digital media creation training to high school youth. We now also provide our "analogue" side in music lessons. Project Soundscape includes 30-minute private lessons in piano and guitar, and a 6-hour instruction and practice session in rock band.
