The Series of La Rose Noire, a unique Hong Kong Comedy.

A spin-off from the popular Hong Kong T.V. series of the 1960s, the series brings back the heroic Rose Noire, a female "Robin Hood" whose kung fu abilities and righteous morality won her a devoted cult of followers.

Different from the physical humors, these films utilize Cantonese - Colloquial Language, mush plain, straightforward or overblown language. Such comedy relies on comic dialogue and gags, particularly "non-sense" verse, rhymes and puns.

Another feature of the series is using Cantonese operatic songs replacing dialogue and improvisation. Many scenes use songs (and funny songs) to replace the dialogue that reveal the character's inner feeling, adding variety to the presentation.

The Showcase features 92 Legendary La Rose Noire, and Rose, Rose, I love You.
