This semi-sequel to the hit 92 La Legendary Rose Noire brings back effeminate cop Detective Lui (Tony Leung Ka-Fai), but apparently the first film never happened. This time out, Lui is competing with fellow cop Keith (Kenny Bee) to find escaped con Simon Yam. Meanwhile, Carina Lau and Veronica Yip appear as neighbors who transform into legendary villains Black Rose and White Rose.
