Asian Children's Film Festival and Workshop

When: Late Fall/Early Winter
Who can apply: K-9 Educators and Youth Leaders

The Workshop aims to provide an opportunity for educators to explore the possibilities of using Asian children's films to teach Asian cultures, customs, and multicultural awareness in the classroom. Activities include viewing clips of various films, approaches to media literacy and critical viewing, curriculum development, and lesson plan design. Participants are then invited to bring their students to special screenings of the films at our Festival.
